At CCH, we are committed to helping you make the most of your CCH software and getting maximum value for money from the training we provide.
We are starting this programme in Q1 with a series of webinars principally aimed at the users of our CCH Personal Tax system.
As part of this commitment, we have been building up a portfolio of courses using e-Learning. These are principally aimed at helping new users get up and running with the various applications but also as a visual reference guide for particular problem areas once users are more comfortable with the software.
We have received valuable feedback from delegates that have used e-Learning on what they like about it and how it could be improved. Using this information, we are planning some major enhancements to the design of our e-Learning later this year.
To assist with this, we are planning on holding two focus groups on 24th and 25th March in our Kingston Office to enable our users to air their views on e-Learning.
The session on 24th is aimed at people who have used the e-Learning and will commence at 2:00pm. It is anticipated to last about 2 hours.
The session on the 25th is aimed at managers and partners for them to let us have their thoughts on what they would like from us both in terms of content and also usage reports. This session will commence at 10:30am and will also last for about 2 hours.
