Many of the UK’s leading accountants will be gathering in May at the first-ever national UK conference held by CCH.

It’s an opportunity to engage with 150 of your senior accountancy peers in a series of wide-ranging debates and breakout sessions.

There will be a range of topics, from the future of the profession, to the changing world of compliance, how to managing change and sustainable growth in an accountancy practice, how to handle HMRC enquiries and hot topics like the 50% tax rate.

As technology continues to drive change in the profession, the conference will consider issues such as computing in the cloud, software integration and keyless data entry, document management and social networking for businesspeople. It will be the first major opportunity for practitioners to share and discuss their thoughts on a new political landscape. Confirmed speakers at the CCH UK Conference 2010 will include:

  • Francesca Lagerberg - Grant Thornton
  • Julian Hatt - HMRC
  • Jack Mansfield - Companies House
  • Andy Raynor - RSM Tenon Group
