Dear All

In our last newsletter we provided full details of our go-forward product roadmap.

Reaction to this has been excellent, particularly around our decision to support legacy and go-forward products, with no cut-off dates for the support of our legacy systems.

It’s entirely your decision if you benefit from our new enhancements as they become available, or choose to wait and continue using your existing systems which continue to receive full support and upgrades.

In fact our clients are at the top of our list at present. When two companies come together, there is always concern that we will be so busy merging our two organisations that we will overlook the most important aspect of our business – our clients!

Nothing could be further from the truth. We are now working hard to increase our service levels on all fronts – how quickly we answer the phone, the number of queries we can answer on the spot, and the amount of self-help facilities we can provide.

We have also been conscious of the huge workloads that last years tax upgrades provided us with, and we are expanding our resource accordingly to deal with the requirements for 09.

We also have a host of tools to help you service your own clients, and to ensure they maximize their efficiency. These tools include enhanced tax reporting tools to help you provide tax advice to clients and our Strategic Planner software that allows practices to help manage their clients’ cash flow and working capital requirements.

And to help you to manage all these new revenue opportunities, our new Campaign Manager software will allow you to track your marketing campaigns and record all the new fee income which is generated!

As always, I would be delighted to hear your feedback, so please feel free to contact me on +44 (0) 20 8799 0136 or by email.
