The MYOB support site has also been moved and can now be found at: www.cch.co.uk/softwaresupport. It contains the same content as before, including the KnowledgeBase and e-Learning.
There are no changes to the support site for the existing CCH Software product support.
The CCH Software corporate site will now be found at: www.cch.co.uk/softwareproducts. This contains information on all of the go-forward CCH ProSystem Suite of products and general information about our software proposition.
Finally from January 5th CCH will have the one number for sales, support, credit control, licensing, training and customer services.
Our new, single low rate number is 0844 56 18181.
Don’t panic if you forget it – there will be plenty of reminders and the existing numbers that you know and use will continue to work for the next few months.
