Dear All

It is very exciting to be able to welcome you to the first combined CCH software Newsletter for CCH and MYOB clients.

There’s been a lot of activity since CCH bought MYOB Accountants Division back in April this year, and there are two developments I would like to draw your attention to today.

First of all, we have merged our Account Managers into one unified team, providing you with a single point of contact. For us – and I hope for you too - this has proven to be a very smooth process, but where any changes have occurred we have looked to ensure that clients have been promptly informed of any new contact details.

Secondly, (and I suspect most importantly) we are now ready to update you on our long term product plans.

We have established a natural migration path that will bring together the best parts of all of our existing products into one integrated software suite called CCH ProSystem. It will offer all the functionality of your existing software plus new benefits, all of which will make your work easier and increase practice profitability.

We believe we have created the perfect combination of continued support for all existing products, and an exciting option to move seamlessly onto a new upgraded suite as and when you feel the time is right for you.

The key for us is looking after all of our clients. This means we will provide great service and constantly listen to feedback from you on where we need to improve.
